My charge 2 fit bit does not stay connected to my I pad and I phone so I do not get messages or texts or notifications from my fit bit

my notifications are turned on my fit bit.

@Bushfield Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your iPad or iPhone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. When syncing with one device make sure that the other is far away or turned off so it won't interfere with the syncing. This also applies to other bluetooth devices in the vicinity like bluetooth headphones.
