Charge 2 not syncing with iPhone 11 updated to iOS 14.3

My Charge2 has not been able to sync with my iPhone11 since the iPhone updated to 14.3 about a week ago. Followed the instructions which said to remove it and readd it to bluetooth. iPhone does not show it in the bluetooth scan. Have also removed and readded the app. Multiple power cycles on both the phone and the fitbit. It does still sync through my old Samsung S7 which has not updated anything in a while. Is there a firmware update required for the fitbit in order to connect to the iphone with ios 14.3? Any other guidance?
