@SCH96   On the old iPad -- tap on the Settings, then Bluetooth, then the Charge 2 blue "i" in a circle.  Tap on Forget This Device and your Charge 2 will unpair.

Hi @SCH96, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the Charge 2 is still paired to the old iPad? Are the two iPads nearby? If the Charge 2 wasn't unpaired from your Fitbit account, you'll just need to pair the Fitbit with the new iPad's Bluetooth settings in order to sync it. Let's make sure that the Charge 2 is unpaired from the old iPad's settings, you can check: How do I set up my Fitbit device? for more information about this.

Looking forward to your reply.

Yes, Fitbit is still paired with old IPad and both iPads are nearby.

I'm not sure how to unpair.

Thanks
