Charge 2 not syncing with phone or online dashboard

Fitbit on-line and my android stopped tracking my steps about 4 hours ago - both work fine otherwise so anyone else have that problem today?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing your data. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Thanks so much. I am using and Android and it has always kept in sync with my Fitbit but I will check all the things you suggested - appreciate the response!!!
