Charge 2 heart rate not working and not recording sleep time. Tried restarting with no success. Help please. Thank you.

Hi @carlita11, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with the sleep tracking issue, can you please let me know if your Charge 2 is not tracking sleep data at all or Sleep Stages? Keep in mind that the Sleep Stages feature of your device need heart rate data to be generated. That said, to troubleshoot the heart rate sensors of your Fitbit, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I appreciate the details that were shared with me. Please try the troubleshooting steps that were shared on my previous post and also, please restart your Charge 2 and try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
