I am very active usually more than 100 minutes per day. For the past 2 days my active minutes are not registering on my charge 2

Hi @lcapocci07, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, sorry for the delay in responding.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If your Charge 2 is not recording active minutes as it should, please try our restart process following the steps from our help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted.

Hi thanks for responding. I have uninstalled & reinstalled restarted 3 times & made 3 calls to fitbit. To no avail.😢 today they gave up & sent me an email with a discount coupon for a new fitbit. Only models they select.

My active minutes have not been recording for the past 10 days.

I also had a problem with my fitbit not syncing.

I deleted all my fitbit apps and only re-added the app to my computer.

My device started to sync again.  However, I am still not getting any active minutes on my tracker and am still missing active minutes for the past 10 days.

I have exactly the same. Run walk hike. How do you add bike to tracker app?

I am very active these days and routinely do 200+ minutes but have noticed my minutes significantly down with the same steps, workouts, etc.  It seems if I take an hour walk and an hour weight workout I have 120 minutes but not credit for just every day things where i may walk to the store down the street?

I found this on line, could someone from FitBit confirm?

If true, why would you do this?  To piss your customers off?  To have them be disappointed where they used to be happy?  It's mind boggling some of the decision FitBit makes?  With all the fake news on the internet, I'll hold further commentary until FitBit can confirm?
