I bought my Charge 2 in June 2018 and recently it no longer tracks my heart rate and there is water damage under the glass. I have put the watch in rice, but that did nothing. No, I haven't had the watch submerged or in running water for long periods (i.e. it is on when I wash my hands but not when showering). I have cleaned the charging area and have made sure the watch has the current operating system. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your heart rate and the water damage it is showing and tank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since these is more of a physical damage that it is showing I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
