On my Charge 2 my BPM is not recording. It was on auto in the app. I tried turning off and on in the app and it still doesn’t work. Any suggestions?

Hi @Silver4, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on:

Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? to fix the problem and let me know how it goes. Such information was really helpful for other users that were experiencing the same uncommon behavior.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hey @RicardoFitbit - I have a similar problem. Heart rate monitor on my Charge 2 worked up until few hours ago. It recorded the heart rate during my bike ride in the morning, and has stopped working suddenly after that. I have tried restarting the Fitbit, remove the device from my account and pretty much everything that has been suggested on the forums.

What would you recommend me to try to get it to work?

That advice doesn't solve anything.  The OP was referring to a problem where the fitbit device doesn't report current heart rate to the App.  The device picks up the heart rate ok, but it will not get communicated to the app being used on a cell phone device.

How do you restart your device? None of these things are working for my bpm.
