I have reset my charge 2 and it has not fixed my problem. The green lights have stopped working and so my HR is not tracking.

@Nadine78 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't recording your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Make sure the heart rate sensor is on (account button, Charge 2, heart rate), if it is then change it to off, save and sync then change it to Auto and save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
