Charge 2 not tracking heart rate

A couple of days ago, my Charge 2 stopped tracking my heart rate. I've tried resetting it, turning heart monitoring off and back on, and restarting my phone multiple times to no avail. The green lights are not flashing as well.

 

The Charge 2 is still recording steps, can connect to GPS while bicycling, and record amount of time I sleep (just can't score as it came determine stages).

The ticket can be closed.

The Charge 2 stopped working a couple of days later (couldn't hold a
charge) so I bought a new watch.
