Since purchasing a new phone (Samsung A51) my tracker has not been tracking my daily walks. Charge 2 is paired to the phone and synchs without problem. When I initiate walk on the tracker it either comes up with a message "check fitbit app" or it starts to track but stops tracking after 100 to 200 metres . I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, turning the phone off and restarting without success.
