Had this for 24 hours and had a charge hr which was perfectly accurate in counting flights of stairs. I've done the same amount (20) but it is only showing 3. Each flight is greater than 10 feet. How do I fix this?
I went to bed last night after midnight so when I woke up this morning, I wasn't surprised to see 50 steps, but I was shocked when my fitbit recorded 936 stairs!! How did that happen?
Me too. Very frustrated. I had to replace the unit because the screen was glitchy and backwards. Tried everything they suggested. Nothing worked. Now this nonsense.
