My fitbit Charge 2 has been in storage for probably just over a year, I plugged it into the charger last night and this morning it was completely dead!
I followed the instructions of cleaning the device and charger and tried my laptop USB port as well as different charging plugs but it's completely unresponsive! I also tried restarting just incase but obviously no response there. There was no issue with it the last time I used it, I just packed it away because I moved house!
Please someone help? 🙂

Hi @Sarah_ann, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this can you please let me know if your Charge 2 heart rate are still flashing? Does it vibrates when you connect it into the charging cable? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Fitbit and let me know if the issue persists.
Looking forward to your reply, let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hello,
Apologies for the late response. No- nothing happens, no heart rate, no vibration either when I attach it to a charging cable. I have tried 3 different charging cables now.
Restart doesn't do anything 😞 can you help?
