I charged my Fitbit charge 2. When I took it off the charger it was very hot and it will not turn on. I have this Fitbit for about 2 years if not longer. What can I do to make it work.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not turning on. Since the issue persists I suggest you let our Support team know about this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so keep working with the team to find a solution.
