Let me help you with your Charge 2 not turning on. How do you know that your device is charged? If it is because of the battery status on your account then please be aware this information belongs to the last time your tracker synced. This information may not be the current one. Or do you see the battery status on the tracker itself? Try restarting your device by following these instructions.

Spoke to fit bit chat and as Fitbit out of warranty they sent me a discount code which I have now purchased a new inspire hr.
