My Charge 2 was working fine until I connected it to bluetooth today and synched it and I think update was done as well. When I looked at it a few hours later screen is black and no response. App cannot find it now either. Cannot turn off in the charger as no response. Is there anything I can do ? App shows it was 100% charged 3 hours ago. Thanks

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi Ricardo. I charged it prior to synching with the app and it showed it was fully charged on the app screen and it was working fine but the time was wrong since it had gone dead . I got a message that the update failed and then noticed later the screen was black and it has stayed unresponsive ever since. I have tried to restart multiple times and it does not respond. It seems that something happened to it during the synching or update process that killed it. Thanks for your help.
