Charge 2 not updating my active minutes

Suddenly my Charge 2 goes to  29 minutes and won't show additional minutes.

@pam1957, welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your active minutes. It is odd that your Charge 2 only records the same amount of active minutes. For how long has this happened? Could you share some screenshots of different days showing this amount of active minutes? Still I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions.
