Charge 2 not uploading to Strava or recording heart rate

My Charge 2 has stopped uploading my runs to Strava. Additionally on the Fitbit app it no longer records the heart rate from my runs either. 

I have revoked access, deleted and reinstalled and reset countless times but no joy. It is 2 weeks over its year warranty (typically!). 

Many advice please?  All other aspects are working as they should - for now!

Let me help you with your Strava integration and heart rate data. With Strava you can reach out to Strava Support as you have tried the recommend steps from our side. 

 

About the heart rate, are you using the GPS on your phone. If this is the case there is an issue with it not saving heart rate data but the team is investigating it so hopefully a fix is found soon.
