Charge 2 not working after contact with electric shock

Recently I got in contact with electric shock while turning off the light switch and my charge 2 HR is on my wrist. After that it isn't turning on and working. How to fix it???

Since you mentioned that your Charge 2 won't turn on, please let me know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article.

 

Finally, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if it works properly.

Thanks Juan now it's working. I've kept charging for 2 hours.
