Charge 2 not working can't get it to reset after reaching 10,000 steps.

Won't reset after reaching 10,000 steps.  Also, mileage just keeps going up.Now  at 49,000 steps and 19.8 miles

@Kario45 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not resetting its stats. Has this happen for over two days? This may happen when there is a  change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes). You can restart your device as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
