Charge 2 not working off the charger

After charging my Charge 2 wouldn’t come back on. The green light is also not on. However I tried restarting it with it connected to the charger and it vibrates and the logo and product number show on screen. I can also see the battery icon that it is full. When I disconnect the clock face doesn’t show any the green light still isn’t on. Houston we have a problem!
