My charge2 does not work properly gives only a green light on the back side that does not go off, when i reset my charge 2 in the tracker everything works normal for only 1 minute . Then the screen went black and on the backside burns one green light that doesnot go off, until the battery is empty. Ha anyone an idea what is the mater with my device and how can i fix it

The Charge 2 is stille not working. He is fully loaded then you synchronise
Short after synchrosing May be one minute later the battery is with an !
The green Light shines very heavy for ore than one Day until the battery is
empty

the charge2 is still not working, battery fully uploaded, when the battery is full it is possible to syncronise with the fitbit app, when i walk with the charge 2 there are no steps to see, after a minute the battery comes with an  danger signal ( !) an exclamatian mark, there is only a black screen and on the backside shines a green light very heavy until the battery is empty. regulary the lights shine both , and change sometimes.
