Hi there,

 

I have updated my app to the latest version 3.24 but it doesn't support Charge2, could you please check on this for me? Thanks!

Hi previously it could't work on my iphone xR, it shows charge2 is not compatible with the current app, please go and update the app version.


But after an hour it worked again, so there is no issue now, thanks for dropping by!
