I'm getting notifications that I've received a text msg and who has sent it.  But I'm not getting the message...just the name of the person sending it.  It was working fine until a week ago.

Help please. 

BTW, I have a Galaxy S10.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications. This could be a privacy settings issue. Make sure that your phone shows the text body on the lock screen. You can also refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

I did all that was requested..in order.I still only get the name of the person calling or texting.   I don't get the message.Can't understand what changed. Sent via the Samsung Galaxy S10, an AT&T 5G Evolution capable smartphone
