Suddenly notifications wouldn’t appear on my my charge 2 , I fallow instrucciones, and went to the up I attempted to turn it on but it doesn’t turn on, it just spinning, and says it can’t be paired

any solutions

@carlosrbc1958 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 notifications setup. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
