I've always been able to receive notifications on a Nokia 6
Now texts and calls are no longer sent to the watch - Charge2
I've called fitbit and ran through everything , they cannot get it to work
Has anyone had the same problems recently?
No matter what i do i cannot get the notifications back , error message shown
"Cannot communicate with Charge 2" when attempting to connect to Bluetooth
Other bluetooth devices work
Android Pie 9
Thanks

@kraftwerk A warm welcome to our Community!
I will gladly assist you with your Charge 2 notifications. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can refreshing the link between your phone and your device by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
Let me know how it goes.

Hi.
Thanks for the advice.
I followed the steps you kindly sent on.
I had previously ran through those options with a rep on the phone.
Unfortunately I'm still receiving the message 'Cannot communicate with Charge 2' when trying to link with Bluetooth.
Other devices work and notifications were working fine a couple of months ago.
Any other suggestions you have please?
Regards
