Showing only straight lines while biking on the gps map. I posted another topic but mysteriously got marked as spam. Worked fine prior to April 24.

I will assist you with your display. Where are you viewing these lines? On your phone or on the Charge 2? Could you share a picture or screenshot? Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running?

I tried posting a picture but I think that's why it was flagged. Oh well I'll try again. Using Samsung s8+ with the most recent android update. (Was not working before update too) and normallyScreenshot_20190501-121437_Fitbit.jpg

Suddenly starts working again. Maybe it's just connections in DT Vancouver.

Okay. So in Vancouver again doesn't work. At no time did the symbol on the Fitbit say it was disconnected. I tried pausing it in various places but it just makes it worse... the calories are right but it says 116 feet when it should be around 17 milesScreenshot_20190508-120846_Fitbit.jpg

Misses Stanley park completely

And it got even worse. Expected my charge 2 Fitbit to last at least 3 years. Do I have to buy another one.
