Charge 2 only gives simplified sleep since starting premium

Hi for the last four nights, ever since I started the premium service, my charge 2 could only give my a simplified sleep analysis.

I had that happen to me before but never multiple nights in a row and it seems to track my heart rate by day just fine.

 

has anyone had a similar experience with starting the premium service or the charge 2?
