I was charging my “Charge 2” device. When I took it off the charger, after charging, the display is “stuck” on the battery icon.
I have tapped it and pushed the button, but the battery icon is all it will show. The device seems to be recording steps as normal.
I have tried to reset it, but it vibrates and continues to show only the battery.
What do I do next?
