Charge 2 only works when it's on the charger

Today my charge 2 stopped working. It shows charging on the charger and the app. But I put it on my wrist and it dies. Nothing on screen, no green lights, I have had this since the year the charge 2 came out and never had a problem. I restarted it.

 

Please help.

@Jbaker1973 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. I totally understand how you feel about your Charge 2 since it turns off when you remove it from the charger. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
