My husband has invested in a new Charge 4 and has given me his charge 2.
I have created a new account by can’t set up the Charge 2 to my account.
The charge 2 is fully charged, the Bluetooth is on (and has been turned on an off) there is no other device nearby and I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app.
All I get is ‘searching’ followed by ‘there is a problem’ message in the app.
Please help!

I am having the same issue. Working with a google pixel 3a on android 11. tried syncing with macbook as well and same issue. I verified android permissions were set correctly following the troubleshooting guide but I keep getting "Not working?" screen with the try again button.
