Charge 2 pixelated and now will not keep a charge

My Charge 2 started pixelating 3 days ago.  I reset it and it seemed to work but was still  Pixelated. I reset it a second time and now the screen is dead and it saying I have no charge even though it was charging all night. Is this under warranty?
