Charge 2- pixels/blank lines, won't sync and can't change time

I have a Charge 2. Noticed the other day that I have 3 or 4 lines of pixel missing across the clock area. Also I am unable to get it to sync with my phone. Keeps saying no device found even though my charge is listed. The clock is also incorrect but am unable to change the time on it. I have tried doing multiple resets with no results.
