Charge 2 provides inaccurate heart rate readings

My heart rate (when the Charge 2) actually reads it is at +120 bpm. This is obviously not true especially as I have read heart rate manually, with a blood pressure monitor and an oximeter.

The last time I checked it the Charge was saying 126 bpm, the oximeter was saying (at the same time) 63 bpm.

I have reset it, several times but this has not worked.

Hi @Grah08, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the heart rate accuracy issue that your charge 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you restarted your Charge 2 as described in this help article. In the meantime, I'd like to share this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your heart rate data.
