On Sunday, without warning, my Charge 2 started flashing the low power icon and within 10 minutes had an exclamation mark added, presumably to indicate very low power. A few minutes later it stopped working. Since then I have tried to charge it several times, and tried resetting it on multiple occasions, but with no response. Can anyone suggest what to do next?

Mine has done exactly this today and although it’s showing low/no battery on the device, in the app it is showing fully charged. It was showing at 69% when I plugged it in so not a hold over from the last sync.

Mine is similarly showing as two thirds charged on the app although the Fitbit itself is dead.
Can anyone advise what to do?

Mine is doing the same thing except the green lights that track your heart rate was on constantly so it was draining my battery. It has been plugged in all day today but still will not turn on.

Mine seems to be pretty dead too. Got the low battery warning at 1pm, it was dead by 3pm...wont charge, wont do anything. Says it fully charged but dies at disconnect. App says 96% charge...
Do these things just die with no warning?

There does seem to be several threads, all to do with Charge 2s losing power quickly and not restarting. There is a clear theme emerging, but no one seems to know what the cause is.
