I have tried to restart my charge 2, i’ve checked all of my apps, notifications is on for all of them. Whenever i’m getting I get an alert but I no longer get text message alerts.

Hey @nickimuto, it is great to see new members around! If you are not getting text notifications on your Charge 2, and you make sure that your settings are correct for the following apps:
The Fitbit App
Phone
Messages (text)
Calendar
3rd Party Apps
Then I suggest you to take a look at the information in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

I have reset watch, restarted my phone. All apps are up to date, my phone is up to date. everything is in sync with each other. The problem seems to be when I turn my phone on “do not disturb” and then I take it off of that setting the watch doesn’t do the same thing.

Thanks for your response @nickimuto! Could you please try to keep the "Do no disturb" option, off? Let's see if you receive text notifications.
