My Charge 2 is recording active minutes but not registering into my exercise for example before I went walking today i had 2 out of 5 days exercise but it hasn't updated to 3 out of 5 days. Can someone tell me if this can be fixed?

Let me help you with your active days tile. Having active minutes won't necessarily count towards the active days. What counts is if you have any recorded activities for those days (a recorded, detected or manually logged walk, run, etc.). You can read more about this feature here.

Thanks for your reply. I normally only do walking in the evening anything from 30 mins to 1 hour and it always counts as a days exercise. I walked for 37 minutes continuously yesterday and it only recorded as active minutes? No exercise was recorded?

This has happened to me this week. Very strangely it recorded Monday, not Tuesday, recorded Wednesday and didn’t record today.
I know I’ve walked for over 30 minutes (by far) every day. I’ve tried logging out and back in, etc but it’s not updating at all. Very frustrating.
