Hello!
Lately I've found my fitbit registering very high heart rates when they definitely did not occur. Lately I took a long, brisk, but easy walk...likely my HR was around 120+/- the entire time, but I was getting peaks in the 170s. If my HR is 170, I'm flat on the ground, so I'd think I'd notice! This has been getting worse over the past 3-4 weeks. any suggestions?

@koepkeb I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 showing a high rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
Let me know how it goes.
