Charge 2 records sleep when I am laying in bed

I've had my Charge 2 forever. But honestly the sleep accuracy is atrocious. It really can't tell the difference between whether you're awake lying in bed watching TV, tossing and turning, reading or really asleep. Just last night I went to bed at 10. Fell asleep at 10:25, woke up at 3:45 AM and stayed awake staring at the ceiling it reading u til 9AM. Fitbit said I slept for 9 hours. And it's like that every single night. Says I'm asleep when I'm awake just because I'm laying in bed. What's the point..

@SunsetRunner A warm welcome to our Community!

Let me help you with your sleep recording. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
