Charge 2 replacement won’t charge or set up

I just received my 2nd replacement Fitbit charge 2, the first one 

worked but only for a few months than stopped syncing and sending notifications to me. Than I was sent a replacement again and it will restart and vibrate like it’s charging but no battery shows up just the set up link that takes you to the app. It won’t sync or set up my replacement like it should! I keep having these problems and it’s rather annoying having to keep going through this process again and again...

Got my new Charge 2 replacement yesterday and BOOM! - it set up straight away, absolutely no issues whatsoever.

 

So happy. 🙂

 

Thank you to fitbit support who, I have to admit, have been fantastic.

I've received mine too ans finally mine was setup straight away too.

I wish they just done that a month ago it would have saved all of this
issues we've all had.

Finally, I got a working charge 2 replacement as well. It took Fitbit many months to get me back on track after a trivial case of a cracked charge 2. So, not a strong performance in terms of warranty. But at least finally it works again.

Glad to hear. They have normally been quick with any issues but this time they were awful
