Resets and goes back to zero!

 

I’ve noticed more than once that my Fitbit charge 2 is counting steps is at say 8364 and then say an hour later ( whilst still out walking) I’ve looked & it’s like it’s deleted itself and is back to only say 2600!! Any ideas why/ what I need to do to fix it please?!

@Policedandc It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 resetting steps during your day. This is odd. How often do you sync your tracker? If you don't sync it periodically it could loose the correct date and once you sync it the steps will be added to a different date. Still I suggest you restart your Charge 2 by following these instructions.
