I’ve had my Fitbit for a while now maybe 3 years or more
I used to wear it everyday and gave myself a break from November of last year until recently
back in November my resting heart rate was around 60
now since wearing my Fitbit my heart rate has increased everyday by a few points from 70 to 78 since April 21
howncan this be accurate how can one have such a big jump in such a short time ?

@SunsetRunner It's nice to have you on board! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Let me help you with your Charge 2 resting heart rate. The resting heart rate is calculated using your awake and sleeping heart rate. Since you stopped using the device the data will try to update know that you are wearing it again so it may take time to properly update on your account. Also if your daily activities changed due to the current health precautions then this may also affect the calculation (less time at the gym or not running or walking as often as you did will be factors to consider). According to the help article it is suggested that you wear your tracker all day so it has all the information it needs to properly calculate this metric.
Let me know how it goes.
