I went to France for Christmas and put fitbit clock forward via my Ipad to French time (relocated to France). I have changed my location back to UK via both the Ipad and my PC but it keeps reverting back to French however the time does not change How can I stop this happening?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 set on French. Make sure the app and website are both set to english (besides the timezone). You can try clearing the apps cache if you are using an Android device by going to settings > apps > Fitbit and clear the data there. On your web browser clear the cache and cookies following these instructions. Finally follow these instructions to set the tracker to English.
