Hi,

I need help on the Charge2 Run mode.

It able to track the distance, heart rate and everything accordingly, but when I login to the site and try to download the file, the file doesn't contain much info. This has been happening quite some time now.

Below are the only details I have from the downloaded file:

Can anyone from this FitBit family guide me on the proper tracking of my run?
