Charge 2's BlueTooth seems to be off

Earlier today my Charge 2 wouldn't sync. I didn't think much of it, but now it won't sync at all. I've turned off the phone, the BT on the phone, tried reconnecting the Fitbit, but nothing works. It's as if the BT has been turned off on the device and I can't find a way to turn it on. 

 

Any ideas?

Do a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

It doesn't even come on anymore. Not sure what is wrong with it.

I am having the same issue - I cant even log in to the app now

 

I thought by removing the device on bluetooth and logging out of the app and loggin back in and pairing again it would sort it, but I cant even find it, nor log into the app - 'oops something went wrong, try again later' which is not helpful right now
