I contacted Fitbit today and received great service but I need advise from other people of possible. Last week my charge2 started to last only 2 days, yesterday it went dont to 24 hours. I charged removed it from the charger today at 1730 and sync it as requested by the rep I talked to today. I just realised now that the green light in the back isn’t flashing but a strong green light. I tried resetting it but no luck. Any idea?

@Gene83 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge battery and heart rate sensor and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the restart didn't the best thing is letting our support team know about it as this isn't an expected behavior.
Let me know how it goes.

I am having the same issue with the charge not lasting but do not have the constant green light. It won't sync for the heart rate or sleep pattern. I started receiving the low charge message a few days ago. Last night (07/03/19) I received the 'low charge' alert and charged it overnight. It was at 100% at 10:30am this morning but here it is 5:39pm and it is completely dead! It won't even power on.

i did the battery test as requested by fitbit to then get told that my warranty has expired so they are giving me 25% off on a fitbit from their site... which are about 25% more expensive than most stores. pretty disappointing. only good thing now is that the green light died so the battery now last longer

Same thing happened to my Charge 2 yesterday (July 4, 2019). I unplugged it from it's charging cable and noticed the green lights at the back were very bright. Then after about 20 minutes the battery was dead. I tried restarting it but it is still doing it. After researching a little it seems this is a common occurrence with the Charge 2 but there doesn't seem to be a fix. My Charge 2 is a little over a year old, I hope it is not suggested by Fitbit to buy another one of their products with a 25% discount. If their products only last a year - it's not worth it.

I am having a similar problem. I have charged my Charge2 a couple of times, only to have it go dead not long after. The last time it was stuck on the notifications screen even when I tried to reset it back to my home screen. It also kept buzzing.
