KM and Speed not showing on bike mode

Using Charge 2 and OnePlus6T

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing speed or distance for your bike runs. Have this happened before? Could you share a screenshot of an activity that shows this against one that doesn't? Are you recording these activities the same way? I would suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in to see if the data shows.
