Charge 2’s homescreen frozen on yesterday’s stats!

Yesterday was field day at my kids school. I was in charge and logged over 36,000 steps. Amazing day. However, my Fitbit charge 2 froze at exactly 2:18 pm, and and all of my stats are stuck there. When it lights up, I cannot change the screen. It’s also looking like there are extra pixels lit up too. It is still syncing to my iPhone 8, but not the heart rate, which is odd because the green lights still work on the back. Is there a way to fix this? I’ve charged it up over night, and tried to reset it, but it’s not working.
