Hi,

Hope you’re well.

I’ve been using my Charge 2 for 3+ years. The screen is now black, while the green lights underneath are still flashing, the device vibrates and it also syncs with the app.

I’ve reset the device pressing the button for 12+ seconds while charging, but the screen is still not working.

Any advice?
