Charge 2 screen blank and will not restart

The screen on my Charge 2 has gone blank. Happened last year and I restarted it by pressing and holding restart but this time nothing happens. Green lights working, fully synced and charger working. Please help.

Please can I ask for support too? The exact same thing happened t0 me this morning. My Charge 2 is 4 years old. I have tried the long reboot; it is charged; it is clean; I've tried the PC and wall charger. Nothing. I cannot get it to restart even though it's syncing.
